The central aim of this project was to create a common code of conduct for the management and mentoring of training both in the work and international context (mobility internships), which would guarantee its quality and the recognition of the skills obtained. This process began with the sharing, exploitation and dissemination of the practices adopted by the different partners of the consortium. New users, sending and hosting organizations interested in improving the quality of their work or in promoting mobility project were also involved and were asked to share their needs and experiences.
A Manual with recommendations, good practices and with a set of tools and documents to facilitate the organization of these projects was published. In a second stage, this Manual and its tools were adopted and tested by the partners themselves in their projects, in order to introduce any needed changes and improvement, before the publication of its final version.
