MAKE IT HAPPEN

The MAKE IT HAPPEN project is a 3 years collaboration held under Erasmus + program within 7 Europeans stakeholder in the field of vocational training for disabled learners.

It aims to reinforce the cooperation between European organizations in charge of the vocational training of disabled learners and European Mobility operators aiming at promoting mobility opportunities for disabled learners and social workers.

During the project length of the project, the partners will exchange good practices and experiences about social innovation and mobility opportunities for disabled learners.

During each Transnational Meeting the Partners will picture different local contexts of vocational training and employment for people with disabilities and exchange with local organizations that provide vocational training and employment to people with disabilities with a focus on those who already have implemented work placement abroad with their learners.

Next meetings will be in Italy, Spain, Germany and Portugal.
